Mexican Tacos With Homemade Seasoning

Now, I can finally enjoy this Mexican Tacos ~ with SHELLS! ha.... Yes, with shells! Remember I had my taco sandwiches weeks ago and Veronica @ Quay Po Cooks suggested to send me some taco shells. She actually FedEX me a box of taco shells a couple of weeks ago. No jokes at all ! Veron has been searching high & low for this taco shell purposely for me. Finally, the taco shells arrived safely and the best thing was they are still in one piece. Hooray!

(recipe adapted from Drick)
Ingredients for tacos seasoning :
3 tspn  chili powder
1 tspn  paprika powder
1 tspn  coriander powder
1 tspn cumin powder
1/2 tspn  cayenne pepper
1/2 tspn  oregano powder
1 tspn  garlic powder
1 tspn  onion powder (optional)
1 tspn  salt
1 tbsp  maize flour (corn flour)
2 tspn  brown sugar
(combine all ingredients and mix well)

The seasoning I've added in is a bit spicy. For mild flavour, reduce chili powder to 2 teaspoon instead of 3. My kids polished everything up. Thanks again for everything, Veron. You're super sweet.
