Thai Steamed Fish 泰式清蒸甘榜鱼
3 large kembung fish/big eye, cleaned
2 tspn McCormick Lemon & pepper seasoning
1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup calamansi juice
2/3 cup Thai fish sauce
1-1/2 TB sugar
some chopped bird eye chilies (optional)
some cherry tomatoes, halved
handful of cilantro, chopped
3 pcs banana leaves, cleaned
(1) run fishes with lemon & pepper seasoning then wrap with banana leaf.
(2) next, steam fish for about 8-10 minutes or till done.
(3) now, combine Thai fish sauce, lime juice, calamansi juice, chilies and sugar, then mix well.
(4) finally, decorate fishes with cherry tomatoes, cilantro and gravy mixture, and serve.
