Bran Oat Mango Cookies

Right! After so many yummy goodies. I think it's time to go for something healthy. I always like rolled oats cookies because it's chewy. And it's also an absolute perfect dietary for all of us. Oat is a must for those diagnosed with coeliac disease because it takes the body so much longer to break the oats down into fuel. That's mean after eating them, the sensation of feeling full lasts longer. Oat has so many proven health benefits such as lowering cholesterol, helping to reduce hypertension, regulating blood sugars and improving bowel problem. I always encourage my children to take more oats. So, I need something that could capture their attention and to keep them coming back for more.
