I will make this easy to prepare dish during my hectic schedule. This recipe is nice to go along with rice cause I've added in extra salt and the gravy is so flavoruful. You should cut down the salt consume if you are not having it with rice. I also prepared some fresh lettuce for salad. My kids prefer fresh veggie than stir fried ones. So simple and yet healthy, isn't it!? If you don't have an oven, use a steamer instead; cook in high heat but have to be cautionwith the water level. The chicken should be tender and juicy.
