Air Fryer Eggless Buttery Sugar Bun 气炸锅无蛋奶油起司包
255gm bread flour
1-1/2 TB milk powder
1 Tb sugar
1/2 tspn salt
3 TB water
1-1/8 tspn yeast
1 tspn sugar
30gm cold butter, diced
** 9 pcs cold butter cube (I used Fernleaf)
** cheddar cheese block
** some sugar for topping
(1) combine ingredients (B) then rest for 5 minutes.
(2) mix together ingredients (A) & (B) into a big bowl till soft dough is formed, then add in butter continue kneading till smooth. Set aside to rest for an hour or till double in size.
(3) once its ready, place dough to working table and kneading till excess air has released.
(4) next, divide into 9 portions about 55gm per portion, round them and rest for 5 minutes on working table.
Remarks : The freshly baked buns are slightly soggy on the bottom due to melted butter fillings. If you're not comfortable with it, just turn it around and bake for 5 minutes at 195'C.
