Mixed Fruits Galette

Ingredients :
350gm Danish pastry dough
2 large green apples
some strawberries & blueberries
2 tbsp brown sugar + 1 tspn cinnamon powder
a little icing sugar for dusting
Cream Cheese Custard Ingredients :
120gm cream cheese, softened
50gm sugar
40ml milk
1 egg
1 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
- combine all cream cheese ingredients and mix well.
- pour the mixture into a double boiler and cook under low heat.
- stir gradually untill the mixture became thicken.
- off the heat and leave to cool.

Method :
- roll the dough out flat into round shape.
- place the round dough onto baking tray.
- spread on the cream cheese custard in the middle.
- spread on the cream cheese custard in the middle.
- next decorate the top with all the fruits as desire.
- sprinkle some brown sugar mixture.
- fold the edge of the pastry and brush on egg glaze.
- bake at 180'c for 20mins or untill golden brown.
- use icing for dusting as final decorations.
