A Place Without Snow

I just love watching the sky everyday. And these pictures were taken by me for the past whole week. Well, here's the place without snow~~ No heater is needed!

And I successfully captured this by one evening! Love this view so much..... But too bad, it's not a perfect shot!
It was pouring rain almost every evening over here and extreme windy during the night. Weather is getting chill too.

Can you see the rain???? Em..em... that's no rain drops at all, looks more like water pouring down from the sky! Well, this is mother nature!
This is an evening shot! Did you notice the cloud batches at the above? That is no good sign at all!!! Whenever I seen this..... 2-3 days after, there'll be earthquake at somewhere! Believe it or not?

I love watching the sky also - amazing. they are all grand. I'm partial to the morning and evening sky - it tells you so much about the day or night to come.

Fantastic pictures. When I lived in florida we had huge tropical rainstorms like that. I cant wait to go soon and visit my parents and get out of the cold and snow.

Nice photos. Hope you are wrong about an earthquake! Not sure where you are...I live in earthquake country too (California) so do not wish earthquakes on anyone.

Hungry Dog : Actually, there is a 6.3 earthquake stike (I'm not sure China or Taiwan) 3 days after I saw that sign, if I'm not mistaken(one die & more than 10 injured)! I know there's no scientific accordance to this but I've learned about this through some Chinese magazines regarding the Szechuan earthquake. So, I started to take note of that sign every now & then! The first sign I noticed was a few months ago and 4 days after that a 7.5 earthquake strike, can't remember where but still remember Kathy Gori wrote to me and asked me if I'm well!

Wow! Gorgeous shots of mother nature doing her thing! Thanks so much for sharing! Sometimes, it is difficult to capture nature at its best, but you did a very successful job with these pics!

It is interesting that the last picture is the most beautiful and the most threatening.

Nature can be beautiful even when it is causing destruction. Fortunately, this is not destruction.

Great photos Kristy! I am always looking at the sky and love the clouds!

We had to drive for two day to see any snow. Maranda finally got to touch it in person and spend Christmas with grandma and grandpa and all her cousins! It will be so different for us to have a white Christmas!

Have yourself a great holiday too!

Wow, look at that sheeting rain. We've been getting snow. Can't tell what is worse... shoveling or bailing LOL.

Great weather pix. Thanks for sharing. Gives me hope for the days that are coming sans freezing temps and shoveling!

Beautiful photos. You didn't share why you love watching the sky. Do you count the birds, the stars or looking for the shooting star to say your wish? Well, it's so cold here we don't need air conditioners :P
