Chestnut Paste


Here's what I did.
Ingredients :
300-350gm cooked chestnut, skinned
4 tbsp homemade golden syrup
40ml whipping cream, dairy
50gm butter, softened at room temperature
Method :
(1) mashed chestnuts in a sealed plastic bag.
(2) then transfer mashed chestnuts to food processor and add in syrup, blend untill fine & smooth or till you can hold them together.
(3) now, place them to a big mixing bowl and stir in cream and mix well.
(4) finally, add in butter and blend well or untill you get a smooth paste. (as shown as below pictures)
