Homemade Garlic Butter

Do you remember when is the last time you went to the Italian Restaurant? And what did they serve as appetizer.....of coz, garlic bread and salad, right? What about when you're having your Italian Menu for the night at home...Will you serve garlic bread as well? Actually, garlic butter is really easy to make and you can have it anytime you want without paying extra for it! My family loves it so much. And I have to make it once a month for storage.

Ingredients :
*
250gm butter
1-1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
1 tspn mix herbs
1/2 tspn oregano
*
Method :
*
- combine all ingredients in a electrical mixer.
- beat till fluffy and well mixed.
- keep in container and place in the fridge for storage.
- just spread it over the bread and toast them in the oven untill golden brown.
- then serve hot.

Just how can you resist garlic butter on french bread! You can't even wait to have them once you smell the burning aroma from the oven....it was like...WHAT! HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 2 MINS...gr..rr...!!!! ha ha ha.... It even tastier on sesame bread ! Well, hope you have a perfect Italian dinner!
