Coconut & Fruits Jelly Mooncake

We are celebrating Mid-Autumn Festival/Mooncake Festival today. I have made some jelly mooncakes to bring along over to my in-law's place for the celebration. We had a wonderful reunion dinner with all the family members but something still missing! No one is playing with lanterns anymore! My kids are all grown up....They used to play but not anymore! How I missed those days watching them carrying their lanterns running around and crying for help when their lanterns caught in fire...ha ha ha! I was busy the whole morning preparing the festive food. Luckily, I managed to make these last night. Simple recipes, yet still very tasty. Hope you will like them too!

  19. A diet rich in fruits or vegetables can help us to prevent any type of desease also the feeling of wellbeing is more durable. A health food can help us even in our sexual development. But in the cases when the feeds can´t solve the problems is necessary to buy viagra like the solution more appropriate.

So is necesary to take care exercising and taking good and healthy food and stop eating junk food.If you eat more vegetables or fruits will see a big difference in our life. The life is too short, so we need to take care of us every single day for enjoy the things that the life gave to us. I bought my house through costa rica homes for sale and i enjoy it every day.

  23. Hihi!
Wan to try the mango jelly mooncake... Just like to confirm... The milk is added twice? Any replacment mango concentrate?

Your jelly mooncake is so nice! Hopefully i can make nice ones too

  24. Hi Admin

Yes, I add 1/4 cup of milk with mango concentrate(sunquick brand)so that the concentrated juice is well blended before adding into other ingredients. You may use any mango juice but then have to omit the addition of milk, otherwise the flavour will became dull & tasteless.Hope this will help! All the best.
    Best regards,
