Light Bran Oat Bread Loaf

Ingredients :


1 1/4 cups warm water
2 tbsp butter
1 tspn salt
3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup bran oat
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tspn yeast


Method :


- put all ingredients into the bread machine and select basic dough setting.
- remove dough from machine and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface.
- roughly roll up the dough and place it to baking tray.
- prove for about 30-45 mins before baking.
- bake at 175'c for about 40-50mins.

Remove bread from baking tray and leave cool. Slice the bread only when its cool. The bread slice is really soft.
