Steamed Bean Curd With Prawn
This is just a light and yet simple dish, steamed bean curd with prawn. In addition, no heavy cholestrol ingredients added in. I guess this should fit most of you out there.
Ingredients :
3 tubes japanese bean curd
100gm chicken minced
200gm prawn
Seasoning :
1/2 tspn ground pepper
1 tspn sesame oil
1 tspn oyster sauce
1 tspn tapioca starch
salt to taste
Gravy :
1 tspn ginger juice
1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tspn tapioca starch
ground pepper
salt to taste
- mix chicken minced and prawn together.
- marinade the mixture with seasoning.
- place the marinade prawn onto the bean curd.
- steam in high heat untill cook.
- remove the extra water from the steam bean curd.
- heat up the sauce pan.
- add all gravy ingredients together in a bowl.
- cook the gravy mixture in medium heat untill thicken.
- then pour the graving onto the steam bean curd and serve.
