Ingredients :
2 whole chicken leg (cut into small)
1 tbsp salt
1 tspn ground pepper
2-3 tbsp tumeric powder
- marinade the chicken with salt and pepper.
- then add in tumeric powder and stir to mix.
- follow 'Lam Yu' chicken cooking method.
Remember not to over add the tumeric powder otherwise it will taste bitter, just thin coating will do.
