Light White Bread Loaf


Ingredients :

1 cup warm milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/4 tspn yeast
1 tspn salt
2 tbsp corn oil
3 cups all purpose flour

- put all ingredients into bread machine and select basic dough setting.
- remove dough from bread machine when cycle is complete.
- place dough onto floured surface and slightly roll it up.
- place it to tray and leave to prove for 30-45 mins.
- bake at 175'c for 30-40mins.

Yes, of coz! Follow the below steps:

(1) dissolved yeast, sugar into warm milk and rest for 10 minutes.
(2) combine flour and salt in a big mixing, mix well.
(3) slowly stir in milk mixture into dry ingredient, mix to form a soft dough.
(4) then add in oil and start kneading, for about 10 minutes or untill elastic.
(5) leave to proof for an hour and then punch down the dough.
(6) shape to fit in the tray and leave to rest untill double it size.
(7) finally, bake.
