Mango Salad

Ingredients :

1 small size half raw mango
1 cucumber
1 big onion
some chilli padi

- cut all ingredients into thin shreds and put them into a large bowl.

Seasoning :

1 tspn fish sauce
1/2 tspn sesame oil
1 tspn vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lime/lemon juice

- mix all ingredients together.
- add it to the mango mixture and stir well.
- then serve.
