Nutmeg Butter Cake


Recipe :

195gm self raising flour
180gm butter
150gm sugar
3 eggs
1 tspn cinnamon powder
1/2 cup shredded nutmeg

Method :

- preheat the oven.
- whisk butter and sugar untill fluffy.
- add in the eggs one at a time untill well mix.
- then add in the flour and cinnamon powder.
- finally, throw in the shredded nutmeg.
- bake for 50min at 185'c.

I don't know whether you can get this kind of nutmeg outside of Malaysia. Nutmeg is something very popular in Malaysia.

The above recipe is just nice to fit into a small baking tray. It takes a day or two to finish up(for one to two persons). I'm sure you don't want to keep it for too long.
